When Catch is notified by the merchant that they have received the returned goods, Catch will initiate a refund of the purchase and the funds should appear in your bank account within a few business days or in your debit card statements within a few minutes.
There are a few differences worth noting compared to traditional credit card refunds:
Any credits earned on that purchase will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new purchase total.
If you have already redeemed or gifted the credits from that purchase, your refund amount will be deducted accordingly.
If you made an online purchase by selecting the Catch payment option instead of using your Catch card, refunds cannot be processed to your original payment method in-store.
