I activated the Catch Cash offer link, but didn’t get any rewards back for my purchase - what happened?

Why you may have not received your Catch Cash

Bummer! If you did not receive any rewards for your purchase, it might be due to the following reasons:

  1. You did not pay with your CatchPass. To earn Catch Cash using the browser extension and earn more than 1.5% back, the browser extension link must be activated at the time of purchase and your CatchPass must be your method of payment.

  2. The CatchPass browser extension link was not activated. The link from the browser extension must be activated at the time of purchase in order to receive the additional Catch Cash back.

  3. Another browser extension was activated. If you have multiple browser extensions activated, please note that only one can be active at a time. Activating another browser extension after Catch’s extension will override and block Catch’s browser extension.
