What to do when running into an error when completing a purchase.

Running into an error while attempting to place an order using your CatchPass? It might be one of the following reasons:

  1. Your bank is blocking the transaction. Check to see if your bank has texted you regarding this transaction, you may have to allow it.

  2. Your purchase is restricted. Catch does not accept any money-sharing transactions (Apple Cash, Venmo, etc).

  3. Your purchase amount exceeds our limit. Please reach out to us to request an increased limit.

  4. You have an outstanding balance. A previous payment may have failed. Please get in touch with us to resolve this.
