Running into an error while attempting to place an order using your Catch card? It might be one of the following reasons:

  • Your bank is blocking the transaction. Check to see if your bank has texted you regarding this transaction, you may have to allow it.

  • Your purchase is restricted. For example, Catch does not accept any money-sharing transactions (Apple Cash, Venmo, etc).

  • Your billing address does not match. Please ensure you are entering the correct billing address at checkout. If an update is needed, please reach out to us.

  • Your purchase amount exceeds our limit. Please reach out to us to request an increased limit.

  • You have an outstanding balance. A previous payment may have failed. Please get in touch with us to resolve this.

If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us via email or email at help@getcatch.com. We’re available Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm PT.
