You have 3 options to receive credit expiration reminders: push notifications, SMS, and/or email.

Push notifications: To enable push notifications, you must have the Catch mobile app on your phone. You can toggle them on/off for credit reminders under “Communication” located in the “Profile” tab. You can also enable push notifications for brand spotlights and promos 🤩

SMS: You can also choose to opt in to receive credit expiration reminders via SMS by visiting your user account or “Profile” tab in the Catch mobile app. We send one reminder a day before your credits expire.

Emails: We send credit expiration reminder emails periodically as a helpful reminder that you have Catch credit. You can opt out of these reminders by unsubscribing at the bottom of the email.
