We were wondering the same thing 🤔 . If you unlinked your debit card or bank account from Catch or disabled the connection via our bank and debit linking service providers, you'll need to relink it so we can process your refund.

For security reasons, we won't send your refund to any payment method other than the original account you used to make your purchase.
