Catch processes your payments as direct bank transfers, also known as Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers. ACH transfers are much cheaper than credit card payments which means we can generate savings for brands that they pass on to you as store credit. More likely than not, you have already had experience with ACH transfers since they are often used for peer-to-peer payments, the direct deposit of paychecks and tax refunds.

In order to process the ACH transfer quickly and safely, Catch requires you to link your bank account using Plaid or Teller – industry-leading providers used by apps and services like Venmo, Robinhood, and Cash App. For more information on Plaid check out this article here. For more info on Teller, have a look at their website.
