How do I link a new payment method?

Adding a new payment method to your Catch account

You can link a new payment method from the Catch website, mobile app, or while you are checking out with Catch on a brand's website.

Catch app: Log in to your Catch account and navigate to the “My Catch” section located on the bottom right. Click on the settings button ⚙️ on the top right, and this will show your account details. Scroll down until you see “Payment methods” and click on “Change” to update your default payment method.

Catch website: Log in to your Catch account and select “Account” in the upper right corner. Scroll down until you see “Payment methods” and click on “Change” to update your default payment method.

During checkout: Once you've selected to pay with Catch and logged in using the secure phone PIN, but prior to completing the purchase you can select the pencil icon in the payment method box to link a new bank account or debit card.

Note that only one payment method can be linked to your Catch account at a time.
