How do I delete my account?

Deleting your Catch account and associated data

If you are on the Catch mobile app:

  1. Log in to your Catch account

  2. Navigate to the “Profile” section

  3. Scroll down until you see “Delete Account” link , then click on it.

  4. Complete the Account Deletion Request Form

  5. Once you’ve submitted the form, a team member will verify the status of your request and provide confirmation. Kindly anticipate a response within 1 - 2 business days.

If you are on a mobile or desktop browser:

If you'd like to delete your Catch account, please log in to your Catch account and open a chat with us by clicking on the chat widget on the bottom right corner. ↘️

Once you have the chat widget opened - follow these steps:

  1. Click on Send us a message

  2. Click on Account Settings ⚙️

  3. Click on Delete my Catch account 🗑

  4. Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form

Once you’ve submitted the form, a team member will verify the status of your request and provide confirmation. Kindly anticipate a response within 1 - 2 business days.

Catch is a popular name, so please make sure you've got the right one :) We're the US-based e-commerce payment method (getcatch.com). You can check if you already have an account by trying to log in with your US phone number.
