Log in to your Catch account
Navigate to the “Profile” section
Scroll down until you see “Delete Account” link , then click on it.
Complete the Account Deletion Request Form
Once you’ve submitted the form, a team member will verify the status of your request and provide confirmation. Kindly anticipate a response within 1 - 2 business days.

If you'd like to delete your Catch account, please log in to your Catch account and open a chat with us by clicking on the chat widget on the bottom right corner. ↘️
Once you have the chat widget opened - follow these steps:
Click on Send us a message
Click on Account Settings ⚙️
Click on Delete my Catch account 🗑
Fill out the Account Deletion Request Form

Catch is a popular name, so please make sure you've got the right one :) We're the US-based e-commerce payment method (getcatch.com). You can check if you already have an account by trying to log in with your US phone number.
